March 20, 2023 04:51 PM By Michael Hudson

Michael Hudson, CEO of Site Search & Select has recently achieved a significant milestone by completing the antiracism training sponsored by the Episcopal Diocese of New York. We are proud to participate in the journey toward fostering an inclusive and more equitable workplace. This in-depth training has empowered the S3 team with the necessary tools and knowledge to actively identify and combat the systemic racism that plagues our communities. Everyone should have a seat at the table regardless of their background or identity. That's why, in addition to our antiracism training, we are committed to continuing to learn about and advocate for equity for all. Now, more than ever, it is crucial for organizations to demonstrate their commitment to dismantling racial disparities, and we are proud to be at the forefront of this movement.

Strive for an inclusive workspace where everyone feels safe and respected

The Episcopal Diocese of New York is a unique and important part of the fabric of the Episcopal Church in the United States. Established over two centuries ago and comprised of three vibrant boroughs and seven dynamic counties in New York State, this diocese has been dedicated to ministering to those who live there and ensuring that the love of God moves throughout the region under the wise and faithful leadership of Bishop Rt. Rev. Andrew Dietsche, whose seat is at the venerable Cathedral of Saint John the Divine, seeks to create moments for every member of its community – young or old – to grow spiritually, serve their neighbors in need, and share their faith with others. A place where one’s soul can be nourished provides a safe harbor for all who seek a spiritual home.

As a co-founder of S3, Michael Hudson is committed to creating a culture of belonging. One of the corporate goals at Site Search & Select is to maintain a diverse and inclusive environment so that every employee, vendor, and partner feels comfortable, equally important, welcome, and encouraged to participate. The antiracism training reinforced this approach.

Following the training program, Michael Hudson remarked, 'Together, let's create equitable workplaces where everybody can thrive. Your workplace should be a safe place to learn and grow at S3; that starts with building an equitable environment where everyone feels comfortable and respected. Let's work together to create a better future where everyone has the same opportunities, regardless of background or identity. Much work is needed, but we are stronger when we stand together. Join us in our mission!'
